This isn’t the traditional customer service role where you get ‘Karens’ moaning on the phone. You will speak to patients who need help and are generally super nice.
Your job will be to talk to our clients patients, book their appointments, empathise with them when they’re in pain, and be the ambassador for the clinic.
The perfect candidate will tick the boxes below: -
· You will be a real people person with genuine empathy (this is so important)
· You will be confident on the phone and Zoom
· You will have a track record of helping people
· You won’t be a technophobe
· You will be eager to learn new stuff
· And you’ll be able to spell with great accuracy and create a decent email

What Your Typical Day Will Look Like (dependent on shift pattern)
07:55 Log in to our systems and be ready to start at 8am. We don’t care if you’re in your PJs
08:00 First call comes in. It could be a patient booking an appointment or a query.
08:10 Listen to voicemails left during the out of hours period and respond accordingly
10:00 Put the kettle on – you’ll need a coffee
11:00 Monitor the business email inbox and action emails
11:30 Check live chat
12:30 Lunch! We’re nice like that
PM Same as AM
18:00 Finish what you’re doing and go and put your feet up. Don’t forget to write up a handover for the next day
Every day will be different and you’ll be responsible for your workload. We’re not a kindergarten.

Pay: £22,000.00-£26,000.00 per year
