Responsibilities

Advise clients via social media, phone, email, live chat
Take orders and manage subscriptions
General admin work and other reasonable duties

Requirements

Energetic, responsible, committed high performer
Love of natural products
An interest and some knowledge regarding gut health and nutritional therapy
Desire to help others and contribute
Ability to absorb academic information quickly, and explain it clearly to customers
Excellent written skills, attention to detail, typing 45 words per minute or better
Warm, sympathetic phone manner
37.5 hours per week Monday to Friday. Required to work one to two evening shifts per week
