Responsibilities
- Advise clients via social media, phone, email, live chat
- Take orders and manage subscriptions
- General admin work and other reasonable duties
Requirements
- Energetic, responsible, committed high performer
- Love of natural products
- An interest and some knowledge regarding gut health and nutritional therapy
- Desire to help others and contribute
- Ability to absorb academic information quickly, and explain it clearly to customers
- Excellent written skills, attention to detail, typing 45 words per minute or better
- Warm, sympathetic phone manner
- 37.5 hours per week Monday to Friday. Required to work one to two evening shifts per week
