We are looking for an experienced, self-employed Customer Service Assistant with an excellent eye for detail and management experience.
This role will be home-based with continuous training and guidance from our team. This is a temporary 3 month contract, with the potential to be extended based on performance.
21 hours per week, as follows:
- Wednesday: 12pm - 5pm
- Thursday: 9am - 5pm
- Friday: 9am - 5pm
- Every other Saturday 12pm - 4pm
Please note that during the training period, shifts will be between the hours of Monday-Friday 9am-5pm. The training period usually lasts 2-3 weeks.
*The shifts and days may change to cover staff absences (for which notice will be given) so flexibility is key for us. There will be an opportunity for additional hours to cover staff holidays/illness, etc.
Job responsibilities:
- Responding to emails
- Working on excel spreadsheets
- General admin-based tasks
- Delivering excellent customer service at all times
- Completion of additional ad-hoc tasks
- Managing marketing team tasks
- Setting up and managing some IT work including website set-up
Key personal attributes
- Attention to detail
- Proactive and taking initiative
- Strong communication skills
- Sound knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and G-suite
- Some experience with WordPress
- Ability to work well independently
- Flexibility for changes in hours/days working (notice will be given in advance)
- Experience as a PA would be beneficial
- Good with technology
You will need your own laptop/computer and have internet access to be able to work from home. You should have access to Microsoft office.
