Join Our Team as a Customer Service Assistant
We’re a young online luxury teen clothing brand looking for an enthusiastic, friendly and organised individual to join our team and provide top-tier customer support.

Key Responsibilities:
Providing outstanding customer service, liaising directly with customers to resolve enquiries and issues to ensure a seamless shopping experience
Monitoring and responding to customer enquiries across our email, chat and social media platforms in a friendly and timely manner
Working closely with warehouse & logistics to resolve shipping, inventory
and order issues and reporting back to the team
Keeping accurate records of customer interactions and transactions and proactively keeping customers informed of enquiry progress
Experience:
· Excellent communicator with strong interpersonal and written skills
· Highly organised, self-motivated with strong time management
· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
· Knowledge of Shopify and previous customer service experience of benefit
· Must be available to start November 2024
Job Type: Freelance
Pay: £15.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 8 per week
