Responsibilities:
Customer Assistance:
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone during the specified hours.
- Provide accurate and comprehensive information regarding products, services, and policies.
- Address and resolve customer issues, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Document common customer concerns and contribute to the development of a comprehensive knowledge base.
Social Media
- Monitor and respond to customer inquiries on social media platforms.
- Leverage social media channels to enhance customer engagement and support.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in customer support or a related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Familiarity with VOIP systems
- Exceptional problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable working during non-traditional hours.
- Social media management experience is a bonus.

Pay: £11.44 per hour
Expected hours: 15 – 25 per week
