Duties
- Manage incoming calls and emails with professional phone etiquette, ensuring all inquiries are addressed promptly.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately, maintaining up-to-date records and databases.
- Assist in the preparation of financial documents using QuickBooks, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Provide clerical support including filing, photocopying, and scanning documents as required.
- Organise office supplies and maintain inventory levels to ensure the office runs efficiently.
- Coordinate meetings and appointments, managing calendars for team members as necessary.
- Utilise Google Suite for document creation, spreadsheets, and presentations to support various projects.
- Collaborate with team members to streamline administrative processes and improve overall efficiency.
Skills
- Strong phone etiquette with excellent verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in administrative tasks with a keen attention to detail.
- Experience with QuickBooks is highly desirable but not essential.
- Ability to type quickly and accurately for effective data entry.
- Familiarity with clerical duties and general office procedures.
- Competent in using computerised systems and software applications, particularly Google Suite.
- Exceptional organisational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively in a busy environment.
