Remote working. Must be available for training in Pontefract for a couple of weeks
Main Responsibilities
· Proactively resolving customer queries and issues through various channels of communication
· Demonstrate empathy and clear understanding when communicating with customers in a professional manner
· Ensuring all complaints are logged accurately, acknowledged and given a response
· Managing your own workload to ensure that complaints are fully investigated and responded to
· Identify and report on any processes that could result in a poor customer experience
· Take ownership of each customer call
About you:
- You must have a strong background in complaint handling and customer service within the kitchen industry
- Be empathetic and a problem solver
- Confident IT Skills - able to navigate through various computer systems
- Strong attention to detail
- Be able to communicate in a confident, clear and friendly manner
- The ability to remain calm under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility towards working hours as overtime may be required on some days
- Positive attitude towards work
