Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide accurate information regarding products and services offered by the company.
- Analyse customer issues and provide effective solutions or escalate as necessary.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions using Salesforce.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex issues and improve service delivery.
- Assist in the development of customer service policies and procedures to enhance overall efficiency.
- Stay updated on industry trends and product knowledge to better assist customers.
Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a strong ability to engage with customers effectively.
- Previous experience in the financial services industry is advantageous.
- Proficient in using Salesforce or similar CRM systems for managing customer relationships.
- Strong analytical skills to assess customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude.
- A team player who is also capable of working independently when required.
