World Duty Free are seeking enthusiastic, energetic and passionate Customer Service Assistant to join its team at Heathrow. As a Customer Service Assistant you will be responsible for delivering outstanding customer service to drive sales and provide an exceptional service experience for all customers within World Duty Free Airport stores. Working within a team of customer facing and operational support colleagues, you will be based in a security-controlled environment within Heathrow airport. World Duty Free shops operate 365 days a year, some operate 24 hours a day, therefore there are a variety of shift patterns.
As Customer Service Assistant your key responsibilities include:
- Delivering an individualised world-class service experience for every customer
- Maximising sales opportunities using world-class service skills and knowledge of products and promotions
