Salary - Rates of pay from £11.55ph to £11.98ph depending on the store location

As a Store Colleague you will play an active role in providing a positive customer experience and driving sales

Delivering excellent customer service whilst exceeding our customers’ expectations

Operating the till and accurately handling cash, credit/debit cards and gift cards transactions

Carrying out stock replenishment, ensuring all areas of the store remain tidy

Be involved with our visual merchandising to ensuring the store is well presented and inspiring to our customers

Demonstrate your product knowledge to customers and be confident in approaching customers that may require assistance if you are on the shop floor

Retail experience preferred but not essential

Must be passionate about all things craft and want to inspire others

Ability to learn and share expertise of products to fit customer’s needs

High levels of enthusiasm, drive and motivation

Confident and clear communication skills

Must be flexible in order to accommodate the business trading needs
