We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Customer Service Manager to lead our customer service team. Duties
- Supervise and manage the daily operations of the customer service department.

- Develop and implement training programmes to enhance team skills and knowledge.
- Ensure effective communication within the team and with other departments to resolve customer issues promptly.
- Foster a culture of excellence in customer service by setting clear expectations and providing ongoing support.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, services, and industry trends to assist the team in providing accurate information to customers.
Skills
- Strong leadership abilities with experience in supervising teams.
- Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in Spanish or other languages is highly desirable.
- Ability to analyse data and make informed decisions based on insights gathered from customer interactions.
- Proven track record of managing customer relationships effectively.
- Multilingual capabilities are an asset, enhancing communication with a diverse customer base.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering solutions that meet customer needs.
