Duties:

- Utilize phone etiquette skills to ensure positive customer interactions
- Upsell products and services to maximize sales opportunities
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently

Experience:
- Fluency in Spanish and English is required; multilingual proficiency is a plus
- Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred
- Strong phone etiquette skills with the ability to handle high call volumes
- Experience with upselling techniques is advantageous
