Customer Service Assistant

We are looking for an enthusiastic and well-organized assistant to help our head of operations.

We are a newly-founded business operating in the home services sector. We provide consumers an easy and safe way to book approved tradespeople.

On one side we have customers in need of a job doing and on the other, a network of tradespeople – all of whom we approve – who are qualified to do the job. It is our job to match them up and do everything to make it run smoothly.

We see ourselves as an ‘Uber’ or ‘Deliveroo’ of home services a platform that is modernising the provision of home services to the benefit of consumers and tradespeople.

Our ambition is to grow the business rapidly and in so doing, we are looking to hire dynamic and well-organized individuals.

Your duties will include

- Onboarding customers in line with company policy and procedures.

- Onboarding tradespeople in line with company policy and procedures.

- Keeping the records of tradespeople in well-organized filing systems.

- Provide excellent customer service to a growing customer base.

- Help with office and administrative tasks.

- Report to the team on a daily basis.

- Resolve customer complaints in line with company policy and procedures.

- Making sure our systems are used correctly to enable accurate data catchment.

- Well organized, to allow the smooth running of your day

- Enjoys working in a team environment

- Understands the importance of customer service and how best to deliver it

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: £28,000.00 per year
